Administration

Guido "Colt Seavers" Moß

After his father had fallen seriously ill Guido Moß from Gersten carried on with the work of school assistant without hesitation. Managing the office of the school he takes care of the school’s keys, supervises the standard procedures of administration or sells wariting-paper to students. Quickly and enthusiastically he came to grips with computers and other new technologies so that many processes in the school office can be carried out electronically.

Brigitte Ahrens

Since 1999 Brigitte Ahrens from Schapen has been working in the Gymnasium Leoninum as secretary to Father Dr. Heiner Wilmer. She is involved in all the school’s correspondence and all the projects of the school administration. She appreciates the fact that the doors of the school are open for everyone.

Annette Weßling

Anette Weßling, married with three children, has been working for Handrup abbey since 1988. She keeps in touch with friends and benefactors of the abbey, and is in charge of editing the official newsletters. Sometimes she takes the nun’s place at the gate of the abbey, putting through calls, showing guests to their rooms and administering first aid. Mrs. Weßling has come to cherish the abbey as a very open and inviting house. It is her responsibility to fix dates – everything from days of religious meditation and contemplation for confirmants to meetings of congregations of the Dehonian network. The diversity of her work does her a lot of good. ”I wouldn’t want to have missed any of my years here and am thankful to God for the happy time in Handrup.”
